Where can I check all the UAC logs that were blocked?
I checked in the Event Viewer under all the Windows logs but did not find anything that had to do with UAC blocking an application. Is there a way to check these logs?

Hi, do you mean those you chose not to to run by clicking 'No' on the UAC popup prompt?
Unfortunately there are none- some arguments suggest that's by design for security reasons.

Message was This App was Blocked for your Protection in red color.
All I did is reinstalled Win10 and this happened while I tried opening GPEDIT.msc WITH Admin rights.
After I attempted to open it again all was fine.
I believe that's a Defender Smartscreen message.

Because I certainly know that I was opening GPEDIT.msc
Certificates might have been updating. When damaged or removed, you can not perform any UAC tasks.
