Windows Defender Device Performance and Health issues

I noticed today that my Windows Defender had the yellow warning symbol that Actions Recommended.
So I went to the Windows Defender Device Performance and Health control panel and I ran the Troubleshooter and detected that my Temporary Internet Files are in a different location.

This is weird, because I don't have other drives on my laptop and all my system files are in my C drive. No where else but the C Drive.

However, actually a few moments ago, I disabled my CD/DVD optical drive in UEFI/BIOS by unchecking the Enable Module Bay and disabled Boot from USB option for security reasons.

So that's the only changes I made to my laptop.

I also a ran a Full Scan using Windows Defender and came up clean.

Please see image for more details.

    Hi win10freak

When it says a location has changed it it referring to path. C:\Windows\temp could be C:\Tuner\temp and that would be a changed.

If you scanned and came up clean you should be fine. MS is pumping out updates at a crazy pace, maybe the security updates in KB4457128 enforced something.

I would monitor and if you see again be concerned.

You could always run a second scan with an alternate product to give you peace of mind.
