Looks normal.
149 processes is roughly the number you get.
In fact there is more useful info in the Windows 10 Task Manager.
Get rid of all IObit applications, useless bloat.
SVCHOST.EXE is not a program its a container that runs other software so each one can be different things running if you expand each one you can see what its actually running
You can do that on Task Manager's Processes tab.
From the time svchost was introduced in Windows 2000 up to Windows 10 version 1607 each svchost would be running multiple processes. Starting with the Creators Update, version 1703 almost every svchost is running just one service, which is why you see so many of them now. I have 80 running at the moment.
Change Split Threshold for svchost.exe in Windows 10If your PC has 3.5+ GB of memory, you may notice an increased number of processes in Task Manager. While this change may look concerning at first glance, many will be excited to find out the motivation behind this change.... ungrouping services on memory-rich (3.5+ GB of RAM) PCs running Windows now offers us the opportunity to do the following:
1. Increase reliability: When one service in a service host fails, all services in the service host fail....
2. Increase transparency: Task Manager will now give you a better view into what is going on behind the scenes....
3. Reduce servicing costs: Following reports of instability, service engineers, IT admins, and Microsoft engineers can rapidly pinpoint issues to the exact service and fix it....
4. Increase security: Process isolation and individual permission sets for services will increase security....
Much appreciated guys

What method was used to uninstall Iobit?
In the forum threads we see problems with various software.
One of them has been iobit and suggest uninstalling it:
COMPLETELY remove IOBit -
IObit.Com Forums
A very large number of people use Ccleaner.
There is a part of Ccleaner that can cause problems: registry cleaning
We see problems with Ccleaner related to the use of this feature.
So we recommend using Ccleaner but not the registry cleaning.
For Iobit we see problems related to BSOD and overtime other problems including registry problems.
In general there is little benefit and more problems over time with the software.
In the forums we see problems so overtime there are some software that stand out more than others.
