Norton keeps blocking an attack

My Norton product keeps blocking an attack.

Due to the blocked attack, I cannot search in Microsoft Edge.

According to the threat report from the log at Norton, it says the following:

Network traffic from www.bing.com matches the signature of a known attack. The attack was resulted from \DEVICE\HARDDISKVOLUME4\WINDOWS\SYSTEMAPPS\MICROSOFT.MICROSOFTEDGE_8WEKYB3D8BBWE\MICROSOFTEDGECP.EXE . Me as well, and trying to contact them is getting the 'higher volume' so I'm guessing they botched an update...

Same here. Using IE11, Google Chrome works, Firefox works. Norton Power Eraser came up with nothing. Hope they get it resolved soon. Bing is my "Go To" search site...

Here's what I got from an agent:

Mike: My apologies for any inconvenience caused. Do not worry, will do my best to resolve this for you.
Mike: We just received an update from our engineering team and they confirmed that we have an ongoing issue about this. This will be fixed within 24 hours.
Mike: Please run Liveupdate and scan after 24 hours.
Mike: Norton and Bing support are working hand-in-hand to fix this as soon as possible.
