    Oh, really? So, Free Malwarebytes has changed? Still, a monthly scan isn't my idea of safety and security.

    And Matter of the Computer being on for Malwarebytes to Conduct it's Monthly Scan, noticed it's scheduled like at almost 5a.m., As for Windows Defender it's Quiet, seems to work fine, stays outta the way, No annoying ads, or registration type things to do, Haven't switched All Machines yet, but Laptop so far is switched, just gotta update specs later on the site here

    I'm reading in various places that Windows Defender has gotten much better. That said, I'm still using a third party AV.

    I think that by not running as an Admin, full HDD encryption, and keeping your OS and software up to date are more important than worrying about AV alone.
