Upload Files from infected PC to cloud

My PC is infected with Defo@boot virus. If I upload my important files to cloud from this infected PC and again download to another PC, whether that PC will also get infected by this virus. These files are very important for me.

Conventional wisdom says to try to get the computer clean first. A number of pages about the virus:
    Defo@boot at DuckDuckGo
If it is not possible on that computer I'd get a USB Thumb drive of sufficient size, copy the files to it then run antivirus and antimalware programs on the drive in a different computer with an up-to-date programs.

Thanks, I am already trying with antivirus program and is also taking forum friends help in this regard. My only worry is that even if a single instance of this virus is not get removed then in that case whether uploading files to cloud and downloading on another PC will be safe. Because in that case, after uploading I can format my PC.
