How do I remove quarantined threats

Windows Defender did what it is designed to do - quarantined a Trojan. Now I would like to remove it from quarantine. How do I do that? I know Windows says it will removed periodically, but I do not know how long that may be, so would like to manually get it off of my system now.

The quarantine history also lists the same threat 3 times with the same date. Does that mean it tried to enter my system 3 times in the same day?

Step 5 - but that's assuming the GUI is the same in build 1803, which may not be so.

Thanks for your quick reply, and the link. Unfortunately, it looks like the instructions at that link do not apply to my version Defender. It says:
1: Open Windows Defender Security Center from the system tray area.
    OK
2: Once opened, click on the first menu option that says “Virus & threat protection”.
    OK
3: Now look for ‘Scan History’ just below the title and description.
I do not have a Scan History, but do have Threat History. So I open it . Then it says
4: Once you are inside ‘Scan History’, look for ‘Quarantined Items’ and then click on ‘See Full History’ to view all the quarantined items.
    OK
5: You can easily remove quarantined items by hitting the Remove button. Otherwise, you can restore them back by clicking on the Restore button.
Here, there is no Remove button in my version; only Allow. Also there is no help when I open See Details. See attachments.

    I'm running Win10Pro, v1803 build 17134.48

    A bit more detail:
When I select anyone of the 3 Trojans, and then click on See Details, I get the attached page. While there is a statement that recommends it be removed now, there is no button available to actually remove. Only button is OK that takes me out of the page.

The attached images show what I see in Win 10 Pro v1803 build 17134.48. Wish I knew how to insert the images in between text like Bree did, but I do not, so simply attaching them - they are in proper sequence.

Nowhere do I find a Remove or Delete option. Please note: I am running 10Pro, not 10Home.

Run the Microsoft malicious software removal tool and post an image of the results into the thread:

Makes no difference, it is the same in Home as in Pro (I have Pro on another machine).

Zbook's suggestion to run the MSRT is a good one. If that is clear, you may want to test Defender with a safe test 'virus'.

This test file has been provided to EICAR for distribution as the "EICAR Standard Anti-Virus Test File" .... It is safe to pass around, because it is not a virus, and does not include any fragments of viral code....

... it consists entirely of printable ASCII characters, so that it can easily be created with a regular text editor...
Intended use ° EICAR - European Expert Group for IT-Security

I wrote this .bat file to create the EICAR test file. If you download it you will need to unblock it before you can run it. Running it will attempt to create the file, which should be immediately detected by Defender. Shortly after it should appear as a Quarantined file. This was how I made my screenshots earlier.
