BitLocker How can I access drive?

I have a hard drive that was suspended during an in-place install win 10, build 16299-431. I resumed BitLocker protection on all drives (5 internal ) but this one I can't open any of the files but name and properties are visible and accessible. I can read and write to drive. I have taken ownership of drive. It shows not decrypted. How can I access the drive?

Thank you for your help !!!

I am not sure if you still need help. I recommend creating Linux life usb such as mint and see if you can open the files.

I have had good luck with testdisk but it is a little complicated to use so make sure to read the documentation.

If and when, but before you finally decide to give up on that drive, try the bitlocker repair tool. Your scenario doesn't exactly match the requirements of that tool, but hopefully it wouldn't damage the drive more. (You would also need a spare drive with same size or bigger). As I said, try it before you finally give up on your drive.

(I see you have tried TestDisk in Windows. You could try the deep scan in "Puran File Recovery" (it is free) which might have a different approach to recovery, and it is also able to recover files with directory structures. Its just a thought).
