    SecurityCenter 17 - error DCO40780

I have three Computers (Dell Desktop, Dell Laptop & HP Laptop) all fairly new. I am running Windows 10 Pro Insider Build 17677 on all Computers with Bitdefender Total Security 2018, Malwarebytes (Premium) 3.5.1 and Windows Defender turned OFF. I get this same error message on every backup on all three Computers. I even uninstalled Malwarebytes, shut down/restarted but nothing changed in error status, so I reinstalled it and still same errors. I even ran a Registry Cleaner (found & fixed many errors in reg.) but nothing I KNOW OF helps. I am relying on YOU to help me find a "cure" a "fix" !! Thank You !!
