    Many use Malwarebytes & AdwCleaner. I do with Windows Defender & Firewall.

    It's also good advice to run RKILL before running anything else - do not reboot your pc (RKILL paves the way for further cleaning).

    So, summing it up:

    1. Run RKILL. Do not reboot.
    2. Run ADWCleaner.
