The txt reports for ESET and Superantispyware were not posted/unavailable.
The txt for adwcleaner and rkill displayed these problems:

    0.0.0.0 serius.mwbsys.com

All of the above needs to be cleaned.
Once all of the above is cleaned other tests can be made.
Alternatively you can clean the drive and start fresh and have a more secure backup image.

These were PUPs however we did not have the needed text reports for ESET and Superantispyware.

The PUPs and possible malware (unknown ESET and Superantispyware) while using Avast and Malwarebytes is concerning. Please indicate when you had started using the Avast and Malwarebytes and whether either had found malware. Earlier in the thread you had indicated that at one time there was malware but the antivirus product that was in use at the time was not mentioned.
So until all of the above is cleaned up do not perform any important banking on this computer.

    Hi zbook,

I have done as you asked about posting a thread in the forum about this. I'm awaiting help from others. In the meantime, how do I clean all of the above that you mentioned?

The thread was moved into this forum so that the team that regularly evaluates and fixes problems with malware could evaluate the problems and plan a fix for the malware and the piracy (hosts file malwarebytes and iorbit).

Run these and post images/txt into the thread:
Free Antivirus Software - Download Bitdefender Antivirus Free
    https://usa.kaspersky.com/free-virus-scan

An option to consider is a clean install:

    Download Windows 10

    Hi zbook,

Here are the results of Kap and BD:

As for the files and registry you asked me to remove I cant find any of those files on my PC. What do you suggest?

Some guy on one of the threads you asked me to create said this regarding PUPs:
"PUPs are not realy harmful just software you didnt want or need."

And do I remove Kap and Bit Defender?

    Running Bitdefender after:
    Avast
    Malwarebytes
    ESET
    Superantispyware
    Rkill
    found: BitcoinMiner
The information in the post was cut off.
Was it in Virus form or pup?
How to Detect and Remove the BitCoin Miner Virus

WIth more malware found using a new malware scan > backup all files > perform a clean install
A clean install should fix the malware and the piracy.

    Hi zbook,

I'm a bit confused by your response with all due respect. In my last reply I showed that bitdefender deleted the BitCoinMiner. Why did you have me install another AV to delete it when it was deleted already?

The info in the post it isn't cut off at all. And I dont know if it was PUP or virus.

A clean install is tempting. But it takes a long time to reinstall all my programs.

Let me know if there are other steps I need to do. Thanks man.

Several more AV software can be used to check for malware.
Malware should have been detected by the prior scans.
With Bitdefender finding new malware after the prior AV scans the best option at this time is clean install.
This should fix the malware and piracy problems.

There is malware history on the computer.
There was malware while using both Avast and Malwarebytes.
There were attempts to remove the malware using:
    ESET
    Superantispyware
    Rkill
    Adaware
    etc.
Then to check to see if there was still malware these were ran:
    Bitdefender
    Kaspersky
The above displayed that there was still malware.
So to have a computer that is free from malware the best option at this time is a clean install.

    Hi zbook,

On occasion when I boot my PC, the icons in the tiles in the startup menu are gone. Heres what I mean. Take a look at the screenshot. In this case only the firefox and thunderbird icons are gone ion the tiles. Other than this my PC is ok. So I think I should clean install as you suggested.
