Error 0x80072EFD Whilst Trying to use windows update and store

Whelp to start this off I've Upgraded to windows 10 from windows 7. I knew I was going to have issues with it considering it just came out but I think the issues I'm having are registry related errors due to Some issues i used to have with windows 7. So back about in I'd say March or April I'd had the Issue of malware getting into my registry and changing Chrome's, Firefox's and IE's Proxy setting to other values. Resulting in greyed out Boxes under internet settings and Under the connections tab Saying "Some settings are managed by your system adminsitrator" . I have gotten it resolved by deleting the values. But now its back again. Also you should know i did full scans with all of the following before posting here those include. Rougekiller, AdwCleaner, Hitman Pro, Avast, Emisoft Security Suite, and Malwarebytes. They Found the general PUP and Malware Which have been removed But there are Values that probably need deleted or changed and I need help finding them I've been browsing for an Answer on why the store was not working for a while until I realized what was going on. Note that Firefox works Fine but Internet explorer and anything Microsoft Related Cannot access the Internet that Includes the store windows update and logging into my Microsoft account.
Oh I've also Ran SFC /Scannow and CCleaner.

    Any help would be appreciated
