Avast- UI Failed to Load error after 1803 Update

    Avast has admitted the problem with the 1803 update and has recently issued updated program & definition updates for it.

    One of the "issues fixed" items in the new Avast upgrade that stood out was something along the lines of "fixed Remote Procedure Call conflict with UAC". That might 'splain it.
