Update On Situation--Fresh start did not fix problem with Avast, Decided to stick with Defender for protection firmly once and for all, doing one more clean install on the Laptop so it's nice and fresh with 1803

Thank you all for the replies so appreciate it

If you need a second opinion use Malwarebytes Free.

So after all your to-ing-and-fro-ing.. but yup, Defender is OK.

No Kidding lol on Avast not what it used to be, And yeah after all the trying to get it to work right, trying to deal with there support, Defenders Ok these days, i'm more careful than I used to be surfing wise, so yeah too much trouble shooting this week, haven't even had time to game or do other things

At least on my current ISP no data caps, I probably would've went over otherwise clean installing 3 of 4 Systems, 3 of them twice lol due to issues lol
