TPM requires updating but I don't know how.

    Hello everyone.
I have a notification within Windows Defender>Device security>Security processor details>security processor troubleshooting which says a firmware update is needed. I don't use WD as my AV but Norton & MBAM.
Neither PC Specialist (PC manufacturer or Clevo (Motherboard supplier) has this update so I am at a loss on where to look.
I've also noticed that I'm no longer protected against the Spectre V2 mitigation - I ran InSpectre.
This began after the 1803 update.

Since this is an OEM laptop I'm not sure how to go about and get the CPU firmware (BIOS) update. Normally you have to go to the mobo manufacturer and actually request the BIOS update. As my mobo is a Gigabyte and custom build, I had to put a support ticket in via email to request the BIOS update (which is F9c) for my make/model mobo.

If you identify/obtain your laptops mobo specific make/model and vendor, then you could proceed with a support ticket directly to them.

Checking TMP via cmd prompt I get this which seems to show that there's no problem:

I was hoping for a simple solution but if a BIOS update is required I'll contact PC Specialist. :)

    Thanks,
