Latest Malwarebytes Update: Exploit Protection Off

Has anyone had issues with not being able to turn on exploit protection with Malwarebytes 3.4.5?

I reinstalled it, which resolved the problem. However, I think clicked the install application updates button which upgraded it back to 3.4.5. Once again exploit protection is turned off and I cannot enable it.

Curious if anyone else is having problems with it or should I completely uninstall and reinstall it?

Yes....people have been having issues with this since 3.0. The most common fix is to uninstall, download fresh copy, reinstall.

This seems to be related to core memory isolation.

I uninstalled and reinstalled again with the latest version. Exploit protection could not be enabled. The slider switch didn't work.

I turned off core memory isolation, rebooted, and found that the exploit protection was enabled again.

The MBAE beta standalone functions perfectly on all my systems, with core isolation turned on

Support recommended the use of their clean up utility if you need to uninstall.
