Here is the tutorial from Shawn: Turn On or Off Core Isolation Memory Integrity in Windows 10 Windows 10 Tutorials
Do you have VT-d(virtualization) turned on in BIOS?
Or is it VT-X?
Thanks Toni, in any case it uses virtualization/Virtual Based Security(VBS): Virtualization-based Security (VBS) | Microsoft Docs
Are there any reports on how much Core isolation actually helps to protect the system? It sounds great in theory, I am just wondering how well it works...
If I have Core isolation enabled, but Memory integrity toggled off, what does Core isolation actually do? I am asking because the security center still tells me that Core isolation is active even after I toggle Memory integrity off.
Windows 10 pro x64 1803
I tried but it slowed my PC. I then couldn't disable it in Settings due a MS bug and had to use the fix to disable it using option 2 here Turn On or Off Core Isolation Memory Integrity in Windows 10
