    @dmesal, you'll be pleased to hear that now 1803 has been officially released others have reported that it does indeed fix this high contrast issue...

    Updates: Just upgraded my Windows 10 Pro using the "Upgrade Assistant" to version 1803 (Build 17134.1). Found that they have finally solved this issue between using "High contrast theme" and "Windows security center".
