EFS - Back up your file encryption key - taskbar button

There were some earlier threads about this issue but vainly searched for a solution/answer why the Encryption File System - Back up your file encryption taskbar button shows up.

    1. there are no encrypted files on my HDD : cipher /u /n /h shows no results
    2. EFS has not been configured - through Local GPO
    3. EFS is not in the startup list, but the service is running (efsui.exe)
    4. Bitlocker is OFF

I have to confess ... I did a bad action:
As a test, I did try to encrypt a .zip file, just to see what would happen/how it worked and being curious about the results. It wasn't what I was looking for, deleted the .zip file and emptied the recycle bin.

From that point on it has been decided by Windows that efsui should be running.
    Any suggestions.
p.s. it is a bit like other Microsoft applications: for instance, launching OneNote as a test, will put it in the startup folder and it will be launched at every startup. One has to disable it manually.

Execute below command to list all encrypted files on C: partition.

    Code:
    cipher /s:C:\ /u /n /h

Results are the same as above, I am afraid.
