What The @#$#%#^% Is Going On With Malwarebytes

For a couple of hours now MBAM Services has taken over CPU and Memory to the point nothing else would work or load. Produced several Unexpected Windows Shutdowns, two failed restarts and still wouldn't quit. Pretty much turned this thing into nothing more than a big desk lamp. I finally managed to disable it from starting with windows.

Anyone else having an MBAM problem?

People on the Malwarebytes Forum have been complaining about the same issue.

I had an issue this afternoon where I had a game crash and MBM unlicensed itself so I had to use their new cleaner to reinstall it. Seems ok now.

Keep an eye on their forums to see whats being said.

I've uninstalled/reinstalled twice this morning and it still won't start real time protection. I tried to download the cleaner from their support site and it says down for maintenance. Go figure. If I try to run a scan, programs close and it locks up. this is crap.

Thank You for the quick response. I was ready to do the Uninstall. I'll hold off for now.

Foolish me, I thought I had it to protect me from some of the things like that.

It's fixed now, make sure to restart the service two times after update.

If I don't get some word soon, I'm uninstalling it. May not wait.
