If you are using Edge, go to the three dots on top right, click, settings at very bottom, scroll down in middle is Clear Browsing Data, button below, choose what to clear, clear all... :)

And flush your DNS cache.

Actually, changing the DNS servers in your NIC(s) to OpenDNS will help prevent you from going to known-bad sites:Code:ipconfig /flushdns

The computer entered "64" as what they called the "Subnet Mask."
If I have any more problems with the Tech Support Scam, I'll post it on this thread and let all of the contributors to the thread know what is happening.

OK, I cleared the browsers again. I found Internet Explorer under Windows Accessories and pinned it to my Start Page. I then went to Internet Options Advanced and made sure that "Disable Script Debugging for Internet Explorer" was checked (it was) and then clicked Reset.
