    Windows Defender and gpedit.msc

It seems my Windows Defender disabled for forever, I tried to turn it on back but it said something like turned off using Group Policy, so I run gpedit.msc then I search Windows Defender under Administrative Templates but there's no Windows Defender in the list. (I search from Google how to fix it though.)

Then there's this one problem again, not Antivirus related but my Windows Store icon disappeared from the taskbar but still clickable and launch it from taskbar, it's just the icon is missing (if you hover your cursor on it you still can click it to launch.)

Help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Note: I clean install the Windows after CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED bsod after upgrading from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. The crash occured when it was "Setting up your apps.." screen.

Type group policy defender into the forum search box, it will show you a list of tutorials, for turning it on.
