I think Comodo warning you because CCleaner deleting Firefox temporary files, history, passwords etc..
You could possibly whitelist CCleaner to make both products more compatible.
Make sure to install latest version of CCleaner.
Like i said you can whitelist CCleaner from Comodo, i have no idea how to configure Comodo as i have never use this software.
Reviving this old thread just because of an observation.

I get this alert when running Ccleaner:
I don't get it if I run Bleachbit. The only differences as far as I can see is options:
Download History
Last Download Location
do not exist in Bleachbit so they must be what triggers the alert. Probably Last Download Location as that is where Ccleaner hangs until a choice is made.
I run the most current version of Comodo firewall and I used to get that pop up also when I had CCleaner.....But I have since switched to Revo Uninstaller and I don't get it anymore.
