Windows Defender - Actions recommended, but everything is fine?

So I did a fresh install of the latest Insider Preview build, but it seems that defender has a couple of issues?

Anyone has any idea what it might be the cause?

Have you check in Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Security and Maintenance to see if a driver is pending install or something?
Also while there, click start maintenance and let it run through, then restart.
I had this happen with a clean install too, and it was just running maintenance that go rid of the yellow bang on the Defender icon.

    Thanks for the fast response.

It seems everything is fine here. Started maintenance and let's see how it's going.

    Maintenance didn't solve anything, sadly.

    Aww, oh well
    That fixed my bang.
Unless it was just timing, and it sorted itself out on it's own, when I ran maintenance, and not because of it.

Okay so had the exact same issue and found out that if I enabled defender along with my primary antivirus and let it scan occasionally it cleared up.
