woke up to a wired security certificate untrusted thing ??

HI all so i made the mistake of closing this un-trusted certificate with the red x so wanted to know if it did anything did windows add it or anything not even sure what the heck it was, just a box that said not trusted security certificate , which is wired as it was not there when i went o bed at 1 am this morning. but does closing out with the x and not clicking on add or not trust actually trust it or anything as i certainly don't want whatever the heck it was trusted. I was half asleep when i seen it and just closed lol.

No, closing it out doesn't make it automatically trust it - just ignored it.

Awesome thanks for the quick response if it poops up again going to click not trust pretty strange i don't tend to go to sites that are bad or strange, so kinda wired that was even there.
