Windows 10: Windows defender : Anomalous "Actions Needed" message/icon

    Windows defender : Anomalous "Actions Needed" message/icon

    Icon says actions needed. When open Defender it says I need a restart. When I then expand that page, all is well.

    How do I clear this?
