If I upgrade to windows 10 for free will I also get the newer versions of Microsoft office word, excel, etc?

Also can I roll back from an upgrade? And what risks are there I might lose my data, programs and stuff?

I don't think office is tied to the free offer.
In theory one should be able to roll-back within 30 days of installation.
However, I had a problem with roll-back on my initial upgrade from 8.1, with an error that files were missing and the rollback failed.
It may be prudent to rather create an image before upgrading and restore that if required.

So I can just keep on using the office programs I use now, they won't be replaced?

Also is it normal the windows 10 tray icon is no longer visible as of today?

And finally how can I see my windows is legit from the MGADiag report?

What does a legit MGADiag report look like?

Yes -- the Windows 10 update is not related in any way to Windows Office products.

If you're interested in the new Office (2016), the Preview is available for free -- but you would need to remove the current Office version in order to use it. There are threads here in this forum about the Office Preview.
