Secure boot or fast boot enabled in bios? long shot but worth a try. Clear CMOS just incase? Just saying as fast boot caused me BSOD on reboot.

What does that mean? I'm not very tech savy. Please explain a bit more. I'm currently in the process of resetting my pc a third time.

I powered it off and unplugged the power for over 30 mins and now I started it up and I got a UEFI BIOS Utility - Advanced Mode screen. I'm clueless on what to do. Any help? I just want my pc to start up :|

Now I'm stuck in a startup loop that won't stop and sometimes get a overclocking failed screen.
