    For Error code: 0xC004F034
If you have Office 2013 installed, repair it then reboot. Windows activated automatically after I did that.

The script will contribute to overloading the activation servers, and has been removed.

It would be best not to use it, and just wait to activate later.

    SOLUTION

not even joking guys its a stupid one, after scouring the net till i went gray i discovered a thread on another site which suggested the following:

mash the activate button like crazy!!

out of options i clicked the activate button about 30 or so times in rapid succession and bingo it worked on first attempt!!!
i have no idea why and it doesn't make sense but it works.

    Hope i helped :)
This totally worked for me lol I have no clue how but it honestly did. Thanks for that!

Wanted to report that I installed a clean version of win 10 with the media creator usb function.
Read out my win serial and used it when the win 10 x64 Setup asked for it. No issues until I tried to activate it.
Tried "slmgr.vbs /ato" again what worked great before, now said my serial was blocked!
Then I tried it 5 minutes later again and , viola, activaed again!
Imo it really seems the servers really struggle with all kind of error messages.

Hope it helps and works for you all. gn,
    kunlan

Quite a few people are reporting error replies when trying to activate on a clean install- even after doing the initial upgrade install. Could just be activation servers overloading, or could be a bug, or both.

LOL this worked for me guys, from CMD.

Search for CMD right click run-as administrator must be run with admin rights
    -then enter: slmgr.vbs /ato

Thats the command for activation it took me only 2 tries and it worked. The click Activate button didnt work i spammed it for more than 30 mins :O
Now ill go do a clean install and see if i get auto activated again, but if the servers are indeed busy that will be a problem.
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! NOTHING ELSE worked till I tried this one!! Activated Windows 10 on HP laptop on the 4th attempt. :)

It's the servers and not a bug. I had the issue this morning and I waited.. tried again and it worked. And using the script that was listed here makes matters worse by overloading the servers more.
