That's what I told you at page 5. Still you'll be able to downgrade to whatever OS you were using and upgrade again right?
I dont think so ill have to run my win8 iso and reactivate that then upgrade to 10 with that iso bah -_-.
I already knew this could happen but i read from microsoft official statements that you can do clean install after you activate once and that the activation for people who upgraded will use a machine code from the bios to recognize its your pc again and auto activate, which now i can confirm its fake, unless i done something wrong.

The only way to reinstall now if you want to format or something is to install your old win7 or8 activate that then upgrade to 10.
Else you can only do windows 10 resets.
But what if your windows breaks and wont startup anymore for whatever random reason? you can do a boot from USB install, you will need to do a win7/8 install and then reupgrade.
F*** MS they are really stupid man.

They'll find a solution for this problem, if not it will be super hard to reinstall the OS in case of a failure.
    Well at least I hope.

Thanks for the tip on the script, worked for me too after a few minutes. Another update for it if you want, stops batch after success, so you can leave it on while having coffee

I have been on the phone with Microsoft for 90 minutes or so and the tech told me to roll back to my previous OS after he tried entering each of the various generic keys posted here with no success during a remote assistance session. He told me that Windows 10 was looking for my original key.

Then he told me that they were using generic keys themselves to activate Windows 10 for people. So given that info, I tried the script 25 times to be exact and it finally activated. Their servers must be inundated with an average wait time on the phones to be 90 minutes plus. Keep trying...The generic keys will work as long as they match the version of OS you have currently...Home, Pro, and so on.

It was an Office 2013 problem for me.

I upgraded today from 8.1 pro. I repaired my Office 2013 and MS Visio. Re-entered my Office and Visio serial numbers. Rebooted and Windows was now activated.
