    Nvidia stops Windows 10 upgrade

I have an older HP desktop I use for the kids. Windows 10 will not load because my NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 is incompatible. Are there any work arounds or is Window 7 the best I can do on that machine?

Seems even if you do try may have issues with resolution, possible Microsoft may resolve issues with a driver, can change to slot card may resolve issues.

After reading the info on those links it looks like that machine will be staying on Windows 7. Thank you for the links.

Your Welcome, as we see it is known issue for many with same integrated card, think as Dude said what are your options for an upgrade to a PCI card, probably will help.

I may do that down the road but the computer works just fine on Windows 7 and the kids won't care for now. When they start playing real games I will look into replacing the computer.

True, should be fine. I had pretty much same issue with my tablet and that is not an option for me as having a desktop to change hardware. Windows 7 is good OS, true it matters by games used to run well with this integrated card anyway. If you decide to come back here ask many of people here for advice on one or go to http://www.sevenforums.com/
