So there is a new update in WIN 10 now, the message icon thing moved to the corner , what else is new? also cortana was SEARCH THE WEB AND WINDOWS. that is when I didnt sign in to cortana, Now its ASK ME ANYTHING, that is new, part of update. Also the UAC pop up changed. sometimes blue, and yellow. What else is new to the update?
From the points you have described you have just got the Anniversary Update. It seems to be a bit late getting to you, it was released to the general public at the beginning of August. The Insiders got it last April and this thread describes all the new features. The most obvious of which is a completely redesigned Start menu.
