Update (KB3201845 and/or KB2267602) won't let me turn off the computer

Last update Update (KB3201845 and/or KB2267602), on the 12th december 2016, won't let me turn off the computer.
It always restarts instead. Only "sleep" is working.

It seems that the problem is gone. But the first 6 or 7 times it restarted instead of shuting down. Maybe a silent fix or it's my PC...
