Hi, what happens if you click the mouse when at that screen?
And do you get a response if you click the button at the bottom right?
I can't do anything. The only options at the bottom right are shutdown, navigator, and I think something like easy access, which is a voice activation. I can't believe windows update in 8 changes it to win10 without asking u.
And that pic I sent u is what appears when I cut on my laptop. Thanks 4 ur response and ur help by the way.
Hi, you haven't answered the question 100% clearly - will assume you mean nothing happens if you click those buttons. So we'll try another way, which means a bit more work.
You should be able to roll back to your previous Windows by booting your PC from a Win 10 installation boot medium (DVD or flash drive).
1. Create one:
Windows 10 ISO Download - Windows 10 Forums
2. Make sure your PC's BIOS is configured to boot from an external bootable medium
3. Boot from that disk/flash drive.
4. Now be careful. You are NOT installing Win 10. Click the smaller text 'Repair my computer'
5. Follow the prompts through to one that looks like this to Advanced options and click "Go back to the previous build"
dalchina, thank you for responding to my question. Now I have downloaded Rufus and installed the win10 iso to do what you requested and everything works until I come to the prompt that is shown below, where it asked me to go back to previous build. Also, let me let you in on a secret, I also tried to use Rufus with a windows 8.1 iso file and that would have worked but when it comes to what partition to install it on, it doesn't let me put it on any partition, so I'm stuck. Please advise

Cerberus is referring to a clean install: if you're doing that you need to install Windows to unallocated space on your disk. There are 4 Windows partitions for an EFI installation - Recovery (450Mb typically); System (16Mb); Windows; EFI.
You can clean install '10- no need to reinstall '8.
However, I thought you were trying to roll back to the previous build:
- so what went wrong then? Error message?everything works until I come to the prompt that is shown below, where it asked me to go back to previous build.
I'm puzzled when you say it asked you to go back... the idea is you click on that option- which is a different thing. You shouldn't be getting prompts to do anything.
