Failed Windows 10 Download
I learned that it is still possible to download Windows 10 free from this site; Windows 10 upgrade for assistive technology users ; I followed the instruction for downloading, all was going well until I hit the 76% download mark. I then received an error message (0x80072efd) that concerns a problematic Internet connection. I was on a WiFi connection and not at home when doing this. When I got home I plugged my LAN connection into my laptop and was surprised that i was able to continue the download from the 76% mark. However, after several minutes the screen went black and then displayed a message; "Windows is reverting your computer back to Windows 8.1". Any suggestions on what went wrong?
BTW, this is for a friend's computer...I have the ISO files on a thumb drive which i think would be the best way to solve this problem. What do the gurus here in the community recommend?
Thank you for your time...Cheers and Beers
