    "Feature update" after KB3150513

On one of my PCs, installing KB3150513 did nothing obvious. I just installed it on a laptop and after installation Windows started downloading a "features update". Fearing that update was the Anniversary Update I killed it by shutting down. Now Windows is telling me that it couldn't install a fix because of a power off (which was true) and gives me the option of "Retry". Well, there is no way I want to retry if that was the AU. (Maybe eventually but not now for the laptop.) How do I tell if that was the AU? and if so, how do I block the installation? Is there any update id that I can hide associated with the AU? If I back out and hide KB3150513 will that accomplish the same thing? How

    Windows 10 Update Archive
    3150513 is a 1511 update.

If you organise the above by date, it's hard to say what might come next.

As you have pro, you can defer the upgrade in Settings.

There's also this: (which you can find with a web search)

I already have Wushowhide on my two PCs. I'll get installed on the laptop. From that InfoWord page I now know the update is clearly marked and is hidable. Update: I've run Wushowhide and have hidden the AU. After thinking a while, Wushowhide said the problem with the AU had been fixed. (Odd way to say it had been hidden.) Wushowhide lists it as a hidden update and states it won't be installed. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for that Link Dalchina ...... I have this Update but have never been offered AU on this Computer (older X58) or on my old NetBook , though my Surface 3 and Newer X99 system both have AU , so hopefully I can see what is missing...

eg kb3186988 appears to be which I think must be the 1511 .550 I have seen some mention.

MS is phasing delivery so some still haven't received it it seems. You may be aware of the issues some have experienced with the AU, so belt and braces- created disk images before you upgrade. Of course you can do that manually too any time you like.
