How do I get a Digital License with a self built OEM install?

    Yup, I believe what you said, but wanted to see other stuff... So, you say that is a brand new non-OEM mobo? Never had Windows on it before?

    I have been assuming you have Win 10 keys - probably not then...which would explain the digital licence.

    No not brand new but video card hard drive and memory changed. Inder 1511 i did not get this,with anniv edition 1607 i did

    OK, too many variables here then - but humour me, and check your keys with ShowKey anyway.

    Oem key visible in shokey plus but not in firmware. Thisxis s gigabyte motherboard and a self build

    I meant "Check Product Key" of the OEM key - just curious what the edition says..

    How do I get a Digital License with a self built OEM install?-capture4.png

    That is a System builder key

    My intention is to check whether the OEM key edition you used forms part of 1511 down-level configuration as it does 1607.

    Thanx, but we are missing each other here, bud.

    I'm not interested in the generic key - just the OEM key you entered to get digital entitlement
