Apparently it's not your turn yet. The roll-out is being staggered (presumably to balance the load on the update servers). See this thread for more details, along with the ways to manually get the update if you can't wait...

I have just discovered that I seem to have the anniversary Version 1607 OS Build 14393.105

I know someone who did a "force" upgrade from Windows 10 Anniversary Update Features | See What’s New | Microsoft

    Look for
Check your Windows version or get the Anniversary Update -
    download the Update Assistant
    .

Please note.. I have not tried it

I got the update a day or two ago, and now when I paint the windows version on my desktop, instead of saying "Windows 10 Build 99999" it says "Build 14393.rs1_release_inmarket.160819-1924." Um, WTF? I know I got the update because it said "Feature update..." in my Windows Update when it was downloaded. I honestly don't know what I have!

You could try to download it manually and save it to a USB device or save it as an ISO and mount it in File Explorer and run setup.exe from there

Download and run the media creation tool
