KB3176934/36 stuck at Working on Updates

Hello Community,

I believe my Windows 10 is stuck installing those 2 updates (or 1 of the 2). It stays at Working on Updates 63% complete and stays there forever.

Steps I've tried:
1- Hard rebooting (same effect)
2- Using the Windows 10 Pro CD
2a- Startup repair (no effect)
2b- System Restore (Message saying to reboot and select a Restore Point, but when I reboot it comes back to Working on updates)

Help me!

I couldn't get KB3176934 to install through WU. After several tries and much frustration I downloaded the standalone file and it installed the first time. Here's the download link if you want to give that a try (x64).

I tried installing the file you mentioned but cannot run it from the Command Prompt from the windows DVD.
I get this error message: No such interface supported.

Please note that I cannot boot into windows right now! Also Safe mode is MISSING from the advanced option menu (don't know why)

Oh, I forgot to mention that I solved the update problem by going to the Command prompt from the windows DVD and deleting the file :
C:\windows\winsxs\pending.xml
