    No digital entitlement

I upgraded my Windows 7 Home Premium to Windows 10 Home successfully. It shows windows is activated, but there is no message stating digital entitlement. Windows is working fine and updating, but if I need to do a clean install in the future, can this cause any problem, as I don't have any key for Windows 10, since I upgraded. Can somebody help.

Another way to check is to open a Command prompt and type

    slmgr /xpr

You should get a message saying "Your machine is permanently activated". If you get that message, I would think you're good.

Right click on start icon. Select command prompt (admin). In the command prompt (admin) window run:
    slmgr /dlv

Post the results Windows here and we can help you more determine if your activation is good and permanent or not. The result Windows should look like this as an example:

Thanks a lot. It says "Windows (R), Core edition: The machine is permanently activated."

That's it? Weird? It should say "activated with a Product code" or "Activated with a digital license". Are you logged in with a Local account or Microsoft ID? I'm not if it matters, but maybe?

Version 10.0.10240 ? That's a very old build? I believe that was the first consumer release. Many moons ago. That very well may be why it just says "Windows is activated".
