    Power failure Windows 10

Hello, please help me. My problem is accidentally run out of power while installing upgrading to Windows 10 from Windows 7. I have successfully installed Windows 10 through a bootable drive created with the Media Creation Tool from Microsoft. The problem is, I cannot activate Windows and I do not have the option to return to Windows 7 and upgrade from there because I think it was corrupted by the power failure (silly me). Thanks in advance

windows 7 should still be in the windows.old folder if you tried to upgrade..
but it appears you then did a clean install of windows 10
you should be able to activate windows 10 with the product key on your windows 7 COA

Go to settings, updates and security, then activation tab on the left. Click change product key, enter the Windows 7 product key from the Certificate of Authenticity (COA) sticker on your computer.

    Why Single Language ?
Is your Win 7 Home Premium also come with Single Language ?
If no, then, based on my understanding, you have downloaded the wrong iso file.

The only options are Windows 10, Windows 10 Home Single Lang, and Windows 10N. So which one? Thanks :)

Your iso file must match with the Edition, Language and Bit-version that your computer is now running.

If your Win 7 did NOT come with N, or KN, or Single Language version, then yes, you should have selected Windows 10.
