Is this my last option? I don't have my serial code with me (or possibly at all, it was left at my parents house about a year ago).
No, this is not your last option.
It is, however, all that I know regarding going back to Windows 7.
    Sorry.

Please kindly wait a bit for others to come along.
    Good luck.

I really wouldn't mind running Windows 10 if it was working properly, but because it's an update from 7 I cannot access the Internet to download a proper version of Windows 10

....................When I click on get started under go back to Windows 7, the wheel spins around the mouse for a second then disappears and nothing happens..............................

Try the " Go back to Windows 7 " option again.

It doesn't do anything, it acts like its prompting a pop up or something then just..nothing... I've tried restarting several times and nothing seems to fix that issue

Do you have access to another computer to download the ISO? Like a friend or neighbor? Even the library?

I have my MacBook, but no flash drive to put the Iso on unless it can be zipped under 1gb

I think you'll want an 8GB flash drive, or a DVD for the ISO. The ISO from MSTechBench will be just over 4GB.
