Windows 10 won't update to windows 10 version 1511

hello, i've had a problem, which i can't update my windows 10 to the updated version. it keeps telling me that "something happend, Windows 10 installation has failed" or when i try to update it through update settings it keeps telling me to retry. im running on windows 10 (10240) have been try to fix things like:

- download iso from techbench
- using Media Creation Tool
- delete all the update files (means redownload it again)
- reset the update
- disable all the services (except microsoft services)
- uninstall my virus software (Avast)

that is all so far, it does not work, still have this problem, if you guys have any idea how to fix this, please let me know

One thing you have not specified.........
Have you tried doing Clean Install ?

Backup the files you want to keep first.
Make sure you have 10240 image backup also in case you need to go back.
