Lost activation when updating to 10041; need a new key?

The activation key from the previous build now shows as needing activation again.
    I tried, and it fails.
Do I need a new key and where can I get it?

I have made a new thread but just incase ill leave this here.. So, my girlfriend who went from build 9926 to 10041 is no longer activated. neither of the two product key work.. i have even tried having her attempt to use command prompt for manual activation but nothing works.. Im thinking i could try Microsoft toolkit since it should be activated anyways. Or maybe just wiping it again might work?
