    Still a no-go.
Maybe me and billybob are the only 2 out of millions who can't get it.
I see some iso links out there but they look dodgy to me.
I could do a clean install if I got the latest build iso.
BTW, I've posted in a couple of other forums without any luck.
Still nothing for me either, I let them know on the feedback app, noticed a lot of other people with the the same problem. Not doing a clean install, too much work for me, I'll just keep waiting for a while longer.

I've never had any problems getting downloads since day one, always been on the fast ring, even toasted an SSD early on in the piece, I wish I could have missed out on that one.

No I don't. (Have an iso) Your question though may lead to an answer.
This is a new machine. New board, CPU, SSD.
I installed Windows 7 Pro from my original store bought stand alone DVD which then activated with no problem.
I immediately switched on "Get Insider Preview Builds" with my MSA and set for Fast Ring.

After a bunch of 7 updates, Preview 14316 was installed, I THINK, and that's where I'm stuck.
When I said, I think, I think that's the only Preview build that's installed on this PC.

If I could get an iso, I would just clean install.

My laptop went thru the normal progression and has no problem.

OK. I'll use the "install.esd" from the laptop which already has 14328. I'll post back.

    Great.

After you have converted the esd to iso file, you have 2 options.

    1. Burn it to a bootable DVD or USB and use it to do a clean install.
    2. You can do an in-place upgrade install :
Just use the iso file you have just created, RIGHT click at it > click Mount > click Setup.exe.
    Installation will begin.
You will be allowed to keep your files, settings and apps.
    No product key is required.
    Activation is automatic.

All right!! Got the 14332 on the laptop so I'm using that.
Creating the iso. Haven't done this type work in a couple years.

Got the iso, took 15 minutes so I'll try the in-place upgrade.

    Something confuses me.

You found build 14328 esd (post #14), and now you found 14332 esd.
Why then you did not get it updated automatically by Windows Update ?

    Anyway, good luck.
Please post back the result of In-place Upgrade.

The 14328 was on the laptop I'm using to build the iso.
The problem desktop PC still sits with 14316.

    Question on the iso creation.
It was created in a zip folder. 14332.1001.160422-1940.RS1_RELEASE_CLIENTCORE_OEMRET_X64FRE_EN-US.ISO is in a zip "iso Archive"
I open it and it has all the data from "boot" to "seup.exe"
If I want to do the inplace, should I extract and run setup?
    Something isn't right.

Have you used step #4 ?

4.) Open the downloaded ZIP archive with File Explorer, click Extract all, select where you want the files to be extracted, click Extract. Here I selected to extract the files on drive E:, folder ESD:
