How old is that ISO?; have we gone through windows updates since it was downloaded? If so, we need a current ISO.
I downloaded a new one today because the one I had was the ESD version and not the WIM version. I have the WIM from today.

    Edit:

Is it possible to check the ISO version from the files themselves?

Okay good, because that error code indicates an attempt to update with an older version. What do you think @essenbe?

    Here's the file name: Win10_1511_1_English_x64.iso

Edit: most all files in it are: 2/13/16 9:17AM

Then run winver and see what's on the system for comparison.

WINVER: Version 1511 (OS Bild 10586.164)

Edit: I can go back and look to make sure I got a Pro version. I thought so but I can double check. I believe it was both "Home" and "Pro" version.

The WIM he points DISM to must match the same patch level as his environment.

I just double checked Techbench and the version I retrieved today was listed as both "Home" and "Pro" versions.

If you got it from TechBench, it will be both home and pro. If you use the Media Creation Tool, you can get just what you need for that computer only.
