Your confusing me, as MS has never released the EXACT ISO for the latest version that we run.....That version both of them are the newest ones. After the user repairs their windows 10 using them, they will have NEW updates to install, to bring them up to current build 164.

I am pretty sure you can't do a repair install using media that is not up-to-date with the system environment; you won't successfully recover. But maybe the difference between .0 and .164 is negligible?

Yes, you should be able to run the DISM command and point it to the TechBench WIM file.

Sorry that's incorrect their IS NO ISO for lastest version simrick...

Yes, everything should be unplugged as @essenbe said.

It doesn't give the Build number. Here is one I downloaded in December. It reads the same version as Rob's but notice the difference in file size.
