First check to see if you have this installed:KB3025380
KB3025380 required in 9879 to get new build

If you continue to have problems you might want to try to download the ISO and use that.

I have a similar problem with 9926 - works fine if there are updates - but if none found seems to go into an endless loop...

Sometimes it reports failure on that screen but under installed updates it shows as successfully installed.

What build are you trying to update from?? The current build updates from build 9829. I don't think you can update from a previous build.

firstly it shows 2 updates one of is Intel the other one is Nvidia. But i am sure have the latest drivers of them. Whatever. it downloads than installs. After installation shows %100 this problem occurs. Before that i updated successfully 2 updates and those are only updates i have after upgrading to 9926.
Those updates are KB3034229 and KB3034719

i am really curious about new build so i hope this problem is only about that intel or nvidia drivers :) is there any way to reset windows update(not the settings) or any way to bring back the old windows update which one was at control panel :)
