    PC not seeing the Nov 1511 update


    Any idea why my desktop (Upgraded from Win 7 to Win 10 in August) is not seeing the Nov update to install?

    My new laptop (pre-installed with Win 10) found it right away!

    A "check for updates" doesn't find it.

    You can use the media creation tool to upgrade to version 1511. Windows 10 ISO Download - Windows 10 Forums . Use option two and choose upgrade this computer, and keep apps and files.

    Thanks, John. Is there a reason why it's not working using Windows Update? Is there anything I can fix to make that work? I always like to understand what has gone awry. Do I just need to give it time to percolate to my PC from Microsoft?
