I'm getting one on my AMD A-10 laptop that's failed twice, it's KB3116908 though. No KB3122947 in its update history either?
I have a AMD processor also (FX-4100 quad core) but not a laptop, it's a PC tower... maybe a AMD problem?

Just downloaded and installed on my upgraded Insider Preview machine (AMD Processor) and a Windows 10 OEM machine both with no problems.

The update installed OK for me.

However, like Wordsworth, my Winver is still 10586.17 and the update does not show anywhere else in my update history.

This could be because I have disabled auto-update and MS pulled the original update before I ran Windows Update.
